Zelma Hutsell Elementary School is a public primary school at 5360 Franz Road in Katy, Texas, United States. It is a part of the Katy Independent School District.
In the 2000-2001 school year Hutsell was named a National Blue Ribbon School.[1]
The mascot is the hornets.
